abstract |
A method of treating a human patient with Alzheimer's disease (AD) comprises sequentially administering to the patient multiple doses of a recombinant fully human anti-amyloid beta monoclonal antibody. In a preferred embodiment, the antibody is administered in incremental doses over time. In a preferred embodiment, the patient's vulnerability to amyloid-associated imaging abnormalities (ARIA) is thereby reduced. |
