Alzheimer's disease biomarkers using blood samples from clinically diagnosed Alzheimer's disease subjects |
abstract |
The present invention discloses a method of diagnosing Alzheimer's disease using biomarkers, and a multivariate assay that provides a more reliable and minimally or non-invasive detection method. The present invention relates to CD69 protein of mitotic lymphocytes, tau and phosphorylated tau protein, and amyloid-β peptide of cerebrospinal fluid, which can replace or complement existing detection methods of Alzheimer's disease, such as cognitive testing and amyloid-positron emission tomography. Simultaneous detection is initiated. |
