abstract |
It is excellent in dispersibility and provides the binder for electrodes which can prepare the slurry for electrodes which can exhibit the output characteristic and high temperature cycling characteristics excellent in a secondary battery. The binder for electrodes of the present invention contains a polymer and an organic solvent, wherein the polymer contains 45% by mass or more and 69.9% by mass or less of structural units derived from a monofunctional ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid ester monomer, and a structure derived from an aromatic vinyl monomer. 30 mass % or more and 54.9 mass % or less of a unit and the structural unit derived from an ethylenically unsaturated nitrile monomer are contained in the ratio of 0.1 mass % or more and 10 mass % or less. |
