abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a novel aromatic amine derivative good as a light emitting material for organic EL. A novel aromatic amine derivative represented by the following formula (1) is provided. Formula 1 In the above formula 1, A represents oxygen or sulfur, R 1 to R 7 each independently represent any of a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted phenyl group, and a substituted or unsubstituted biphenyl group, α 1 and α 2 each independently represent a substituted or unsubstituted phenylene group, Ar 1 represents a substituted or unsubstituted condensed aromatic hydrocarbon having 14 to 18 carbon atoms in the ring, Ar 2 represents a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group containing 6 to 13 carbon atoms in the ring, j and n are each independently 0 or 1, p is 1 or 2.
