titleOfInvention | Novel biomarker composition for diagnosis of Alzheimer's Disease based on multiplex PCR platform |
abstract | The present invention relates to a novel marker composition for diagnosing Alzheimer's disease based on a multiplex PCR platform and a use thereof. Specifically, the present invention relates to Alzheimer's disease containing one or more genes selected from the group consisting of CDK11b, CDK2, CDK5rap3 and CDK7 A composition for a disease diagnosis marker, a composition for diagnosing Alzheimer's disease, a diagnostic kit, and a primer set for simultaneous detection of CDK11b, CDK2, CDK5rap3 and CDK7 for diagnosing Alzheimer's disease. It relates to a method for providing information and a method for simultaneously detecting CDK11b, CDK2, CDK5rap3 and CDK7 for diagnosing Alzheimer's disease. CDK11b, CDK2, CDK5rap3 and CDK7, which are diagnostic marker genes for Alzheimer's disease of the present invention, are specifically increased in the plasma of Alzheimer's-induced individuals compared to the normal group. It has the advantage of being able to easily diagnose the onset of the disease, and when performing the multiplex polymerase chain reaction using the primer set for detecting biomarkers of the present invention, the above four types of biomarkers can be quickly and accurately detected at the same time. there is an effect |
