abstract The present invention relates to a method for simultaneously detecting vitamin K and vitamin D in a sample, and more particularly, the method comprising the steps of: (a) adding an extraction solvent to a sample and stirring to obtain an extract; (b) purifying the extract by performing dispersive solid phase extraction (d-SPE); and (c) analyzing vitamin K and vitamin D in the extract purified by step (b) by liquid chromatography-atmospheric pressure chemical ionization mass spectrometry (LC-APCI-MS), vitamin K and It relates to a method for simultaneous detection of vitamin D. Simultaneous detection method of the present invention is a factor affecting extraction efficiency, and as a result of optimization in consideration of the type of extraction solvent, the content of pretreatment reagent and purification reagent, etc. in the pretreatment process of the sample, the recovery rate of vitamin K and vitamin D is high Also, it is characterized in that it is eco-friendly by reducing the extraction time and solvent volume by about 90% or more compared to the previously proposed method.
