titleOfInvention Nanofiber filter using non-woven fabric and its manufacturing method
abstract The present invention is a nanofiber filter that has antibacterial properties, breathability and visibility, can obtain excellent collection efficiency of dust including infectious pathogens, and is adhered with an eco-friendly water-based adhesive so that it can be applied to various things including the human body and its manufacture A method comprising the steps of: a) introducing a first nonwoven layer into an electrospinning apparatus; b) electrospinning a polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) solution on the first nonwoven layer to form a nanofiber layer; c) rough coating of an eco-friendly water-based adhesive on the upper surface of the nanofiber layer and the lower surface of the second nonwoven layer with a roller; d) winding the nanofiber layer and the second nonwoven fabric layer on a paper tube or drum, respectively, and then leaving them at room temperature for 2 to 6 hours to permeate the water-based adhesive with the rough coating to permeate into the nanofiber layer and the second nonwoven fabric layer; e) finishing coating an eco-friendly water-based adhesive on the upper surface of the nanofiber layer with a roller; f) thermocompression bonding and bonding by passing the first nonwoven fabric layer, the nanofiber layer coated with the eco-friendly water-based adhesive, and the second nonwoven fabric layer between the upper and lower rollers heated to a temperature of 60 to 90°C; g) Complete drying at room temperature for 24-96 hours. It includes a nanofiber filter manufactured by the above manufacturing method.
