abstract |
The present invention relates to a specific binding molecule that binds to the HLA-A*02 restriction peptide GLSPTVWLSV (SEQ ID NO: 1) derived from the HBV envelope protein. The specific binding molecule may comprise an alpha and/or beta TCR variable domain and may comprise a non-naturally occurring mutation in the alpha and/or beta variable domain relative to the native TCR. The specific binding molecules of the present invention are particularly suitable for use as novel immunotherapeutic reagents for the treatment of infectious or malignant diseases. |
