abstract | According to one embodiment of the present invention, an aerosol-generating device is provided. The aerosol-generating device may comprise an aerosol-generating element ( 25 , 36 ) disposed within the airflow passageway ( 23 ) and configured to generate an aerosol. The aerosol-generating device comprises a sensor (32, 52) coupled to the housing (11, 21, 31) and configured to generate a time-dependent airflow signal corresponding to the time-dependent intensity of the user's puff (62) at the air outlet (22). do. The aerosol-generating device comprises a haptic output element 30 , 50 coupled to a housing 11 , 21 , 31 . The aerosol-generating device includes circuitry (13,33) operatively coupled to sensors (32,52) to receive a time dependent airflow signal during user puff (62).
