titleOfInvention | Fluorescence amplifier device by surface plasmon resonance |
abstract | A fluorescence amplification device using surface plasmon resonance is provided. A fluorescence amplification apparatus using surface plasmon resonance according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a light source emitting a first light; a first filter unit formed to remove noise of the first light; a fluorescence amplifier receiving the first light to generate fluorescence and amplifying the fluorescence using surface plasmon resonance to generate a second light; a second filter unit formed to remove noise of the second light; a lens unit formed to collect the second light in one direction; and a measuring unit measuring the amount of fluorescence by measuring the second light. |
