abstract The present invention relates to a nutrition bar using natto and a method for preparing the same, and more particularly, to a meal replacement bar containing natto powder and a method for preparing the same. The nutrition bar using natto of the present invention has excellent sensory properties by reducing the resistance to the characteristic taste and smell of natto. In addition, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a high-quality health food differentiated from the existing nutrition bars by naturally ingesting the nutritional and functional components of natto.
