abstract |
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a dental bone graft material that has excellent hygiene and can provide excellent bone-forming performance by increasing the absorption rate of the graft material, and a dental bone graft material manufactured thereby. According to the present invention, a powder manufacturing step for a graft material to prepare a powder for a graft material by preparing a powder for a graft material selected from among autogenous bone, autogenous dental bone, allograft bone, xenograft bone and synthetic bone graft material; a step of imparting a bone formation promoting protein so that the bone formation promoting protein is contained in the powder for transplantation material; preparing a powder mixture for a graft material by adding and mixing an additive for swelling action to the powder for a graft material to which the bone formation promoting protein has been imparted to prepare a powder mixture for a graft material in which the additive is mixed; and a porous step of treating the prepared powder mixture for transplantation material to have a porous shape to prepare a porous sponge-type graft material; and a sterilization step of sterilizing the sponge-type graft material. |
