abstract |
The present invention relates to a main surface fixing material for embedded pile construction, and more particularly, sodium bicarbonate reaction by-product generated after desulfurization using sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO 3 ) to remove SOx generated from an exhaust gas line during the sintering process of a steel mill. It relates to a main surface fixing material composition for embedded pile construction, which is excellent in volume stability while securing initial fluidity and initial strength by using a large amount of blast furnace slag fine powder as a stimulant. The main fixing material composition for buried pile construction according to the present invention uses sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO 3 ) with a purity of 80% or more as a desulfurization agent in order to remove SOx generated from the flue gas line during the sintering process of a steel mill and sodium bicarbonate reaction that occurs after desulfurization treatment Based on 100 parts by weight of the by-product, it contains 15 to 200 parts by weight of fine powder of crushed blast furnace slag. |
