Multi-specific antigen binding protein complexes capable of being activated |
abstract |
The present disclosure provides multiple specific antigen binding protein complexes. In some embodiments, the multispecific antigen binding protein complex consists of either two or three polypeptide chains, wherein the chains assemble with one another to form two different Fab regions, each capable of binding two different epitopes. and has a relatively simple structure compared to certain other multispecific antibodies as it forms a heterodimeric complex comprising an Fc region capable of exhibiting Fc effector functions. In one embodiment, the multispecific antigen binding protein complex can be activated as one of the polypeptide chains that make up the protein complex with a cleavable linker. |
