Recombinant Herpes Simplex Virus Containing Expression Cassette Expressing a Fused Protein of Extracellular Damain of HveC and Tumor Cell-targeting Domain and Use of the Same |
abstract |
The present invention discloses a recombinant herpes simplex virus having an expression cassette capable of expressing a fusion protein of an extracellular domain of HveC and a cancer cell targeting region, and uses thereof. When the recombinant HSV infects a target cell, which is a cancer cell, and enters the target cell, it is expressed in the cell along with the proliferation of HSV, and is released to the outside of the cell along with the proliferated HSV virion by cell lysis. The released fusion protein induces infection with the HSV virions released together with surrounding cancer cells expressing a target molecule recognized by the cancer cell targeting region or acts to increase the infection efficiency. |
