abstract |
The aerosol-generating article (10, 70) comprises: a tubular carrier element (12) defining a longitudinally extending interior cavity (18); and a layer of an aerosol-generating film (14) applied to a portion of the inner surface of the tubular carrier element (12) such that the outer surface of the aerosol-generating film (14) is exposed to the inner cavity (18) of the tubular carrier element (12) wherein the aerosol-generating membrane comprises at least 25% by weight of a polyhydric alcohol, wherein the layer of the aerosol-generating membrane has a thickness of 0.05 mm to 1.0 mm. |
