abstract The present invention relates to the use of TCOF1 for diagnosis or prognosis of colorectal cancer patients. Specifically, TCOF1 is a protein that binds to β-catenin in colorectal cancer cell lines. As the expression of TCOF1 increases, β -Catenin (β-catenin) activity increases, TCOF1 protein binds to β-catenin (β-catenin) and increases the stability of β-catenin (β-catenin) accumulation of β-catenin , the combined TCOF1 protein of TCOF1 protein and β-catenin provides a biomarker for diagnosis or prognosis of colorectal cancer, and the expression level of TCOF1 protein or TCOF1 protein and β-catenin (β -catenin) By measuring the binding level, it provides a method of providing information for diagnosing or prognosing colorectal cancer.
