Exosomes comprising exosomal membrane protein variant and manufacturing method thereof |
abstract |
The present invention uses a fusion polypeptide in which a target protein or peptide is fused to a native exosome membrane protein variant and a genetic construct encoding the same to exosomes than using other conventional exosome proteins (natural exosome proteins). It is possible to significantly increase the loading efficiency of the target protein or peptide. That is, the exosome membrane protein variant of the present invention is present in a higher content on the exosome surface than the natural exosome protein, and accordingly, the target protein or peptide fused to the exosome membrane protein variant of the present invention is also present on the exosome surface. There is an advantage in that the target protein or peptide can be loaded into the exosome with high efficiency by being present in a high content. |
