abstract The present invention relates to a fractionation precipitation method using gas bubbles during purification of paclitaxel, and more particularly, fractionation in which gas bubbles are injected into a precipitation solution containing paclitaxel in the fractional precipitation step during purification of paclitaxel to dramatically shorten the fractionation precipitation time It relates to a precipitation method and a method for purifying paclitaxel capable of not only significantly shortening the overall process time by performing the fractional precipitation method, but also obtaining paclitaxel with a yield and purity similar to those of the existing paclitaxel purification method.
