abstract |
A first step of preparing a lotus root tea base using the lotus root roasted in water; a second step of adding and mixing sugar, fermented strain and strain culture solution to the lotus root tea base; a third step of first fermenting the lotus root tea base until it reaches a preset pH to form a first fermented tea; a fourth step of filtering impurities contained in the first fermented tea and then putting it in a pressure vessel; and a fifth step of secondly fermenting the first fermented tea in the pressure vessel to form a second fermented tea containing carbon dioxide gas. |
