In the laminate for a high-frequency circuit according to the present invention, a film layer having a glass transition temperature of 150°C or higher and a resin layer are laminated in contact with each other, and the resin layer is formed by the following general formulas (1-1), (1-2) and It contains a polymer having at least one repeating unit among the repeating units represented by (1-3), the elastic modulus of the resin layer is 0.1 to 3.0 GPa, and the dielectric loss tangent of the resin layer at a frequency of 10 GHz at 23°C is 0.001 to 0.01, and the relative permittivity is 2.0 to 3.0.
