Nanoparticles for delivery of nucleic acid molecules, including nucleic acid molecules, calcium carbonate, and cationic polymers; and a conjugate to which a bile acid or a derivative thereof is bound to an anionic polysaccharide, wherein the conjugate has a structure bound to the nanoparticles by electrostatic interaction.
