titleOfInvention | Manufacturing method of sealant with photocatalyst physical reaction |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a sealant having weather resistance and antifungal properties by forming a coating layer on a substrate with an Anatase-Rutile phase of titanium dioxide, which is widely known as a photocatalytic material, and stirring it with the sealant. The present invention is based on sterilization in the ultraviolet region using the properties of anatase of titanium dioxide, which is widely known as a conventional photocatalytic material, and forms two phases of rutile and anatase to give a wide range of wavelengths of light. - in the visible light area It relates to a manufacturing method for giving a photocatalytic effect. The sealant produced by the manufacturing method of the present invention is stirred with the substrate at an ideal magnification, so that discoloration caused by mold and yellowing caused by light of the existing sealant due to the substrate appearing on the cross-sectional area of the sealant during construction can be suppressed and removed with a photocatalyst. It relates to a method of increasing the durability of the sealant. |
