abstract The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a semi-non-combustible insulating sheet, and the apparatus for manufacturing a semi-non-combustible insulating sheet according to the present invention comprises: a mixing unit for mixing a non-combustible material provided in powder form as a raw material and a heat insulating material provided in a fine hollow powder form; a stirring unit for heating and stirring the mixture in powder form and the crosslinking agent discharged from the mixing unit; an extrusion unit for extruding the mixture in the form of dough discharged from the stirring unit into a sheet form; and a rolling unit for heating and compressing the sheet-shaped mixture molded in the extruding unit in the thickness direction to form a target thickness.
