The present disclosure relates to a downconversion nanophosphor, a manufacturing method thereof, and a luminescent solar concentrator (LSC) using the same. Specifically, the downconversion nanophosphor according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a core doped with neodymium (Nd) and ytterbium (Yb) in NaYF 4 nanocrystals, and in addition, neodymium (Nd) surrounding the core - By further comprising a doped crystalline shell, or by further comprising a NaYF 4 crystalline shell surrounding the crystalline shell in addition to this, it efficiently absorbs near-infrared rays in a wavelength band of 700 to 900 nm, thereby producing near-infrared rays in a wavelength band of 950 to 1050 nm. It can emit light efficiently. In addition, since the downconversion nanophosphor according to an embodiment of the present invention has a size that does not exceed 60 nm, it is easy to manufacture a transparent LSC film, and a transparent solar cell module with high near-infrared conversion efficiency can be implemented. |
