The present invention relates to a home training system, and more particularly, to a home training system that uses a user's leg absolute angle, muscle activity, and center of gravity to increase exercise accuracy and induce interest through games. In addition, according to the present invention, a support part that is in close contact with a user's body part to support the body part, a measurement part for measuring the rotation angle of the support part, and electrical stimulation (NMES) for the body part a wearable device for measuring and transmitting a rotation angle and an EMG response of a body part, including an electrode part capable of variably selecting a position for detecting an electromyography (EMG) response to the body part; a user electronic device that compares the rotation angle and EMG response of a body part measured by the wearable device with standard data to provide movement accuracy to the user; and an exercise program recommendation server that provides standard data to the user electronic device. |
