The active ingredient of the biological surfactant of the present invention can be used for various purposes, for example, it can be used as a composition for cleaning and purification, in addition to pharmaceuticals, food, cosmetics, oil pollution purification on land and sea, milk fat decomposition in treatment tanks, etc. It can be used in most various industrial fields where chemically synthesized surfactants are used.
