Lubricity coatings for medical devices and uses thereof are described. Coatings can be synthetic and durable and lubricious. In some embodiments, the coating may be ultraviolet (UV) cured. The lubricious coating may reduce and/or minimize frictional forces between the vessel wall and the medical device, such as a catheter or microcatheter, and thus may improve traceability of the medical device throughout the vasculature. |
