abstract | The present invention relates to a method for separating extracellular vesicles derived from Brassica plants using size exclusion chromatography, and to a composition for inhibiting apoptosis comprising an active ingredient comprising extracellular vesicles derived from Brassica plants isolated using the same. The extracellular vesicles derived from Brassica plants prepared by the isolation method showed good intracellular permeation and that the delivered extracellular vesicles had an apoptosis inhibitory effect, and at the same time inhibited caspase-3 to resist the intrinsic apoptosis pathway. Because it has, it can be usefully used for the treatment or prevention of apoptosis-related diseases. |
