titleOfInvention | The purification method of Chitin protein from Gryllus bimaculatus |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method for obtaining a medically usable chitin protein from paired crickets, and more particularly, to a protein purification method capable of amplifying the TcCHS1 gene of paired crickets and expressing them in an Sf9 cell line and recovering them. To this end, in the present invention, in the step of amplifying the TcCHS1 gene, by amplifying by adding His-6 tagging, it binds to a Ni-NTA column, and then separates and purifies it with imidazole. It is characterized in that it consists of a step of separation and purification with the same salt, and a step of increasing the purity by separation and purification by gel filtration. |
