abstract |
The three-dimensional microfluidic device of the present invention comprises: a substrate formed by polymerization by irradiating ultraviolet rays in a predetermined pattern on filter paper in which a photocurable polymer is absorbed, and a detection unit having a plurality of channels formed on a part of the substrate and including a color forming system; a membrane unit having a hydrophobic barrier in which the photocurable polymer is cured along an outer periphery thereof, which is coupled to overlap one surface of the detection unit and is coated with parylene-C to resist the photocurable polymer solvent; and a storage unit formed by curing the photocurable polymer on one surface of the membrane according to a pattern exposed to ultraviolet rays, and into which the sample whole blood flows. |
