The present invention relates to an amphiphilic polymer compound, a drug delivery system using the same, and a tumor treatment system. More specifically, the amphiphilic polymer compound of the present invention contains a thioketal linker, thereby sensitively reacting to reactive oxygen species (ROS). It can be selectively and efficiently degraded, forms a polymer micelle in the aqueous phase, contains a drug in the hydrophobic core, has excellent selective accumulation into target cancer cells, has low toxicity, and is capable of photodynamic therapy and chemical drug therapy at the same time To provide a drug delivery system. Another object of the present invention is to provide a tumor treatment system using the same. |
