(Equation 1) 2 ≤ I (101) /I (040) In Equation 1, I (040) is the maximum intensity of the (040) plane diffraction peak in the X-ray diffraction pattern of the tin sulfide layer using Cu Kα ray, and I (101) is (101) in the same X-ray diffraction pattern It is the maximum intensity of the surface diffraction peak.
