The present invention relates to a composition for decomposing mycotoxin comprising Aspergillus culture filtrate as an active ingredient and a use thereof, and the composition of the present invention can be used even at high temperature in food and feed fields requiring biodegradation of mycotoxin (particularly aflatoxin). It may be usefully used as a novel material in which the mycotoxin decomposing activity is maintained. |
