titleOfInvention | Biomarker composition for cancer discrimination using LINE-1 chimeric transcriptome |
abstract | The present invention relates to a biomarker composition for cancer discrimination using a chimeric molecule of the mobile gene factor LINE-1, and real-time polymerase chain reaction was used to quantitatively analyze the expression rates of cancer and normal tissues within a short time. The present invention can effectively discriminate cancer tissues by detecting the L1 chimeric transcript that changes in cancer tissues. The present invention can be applied to various cancer tissues by sharing biomarker development using real-time polymerase chain reaction. In addition, the pathological method of staining and confirming tissue requires specialized personnel, whereas the molecular and cell biological method enables rapid and objective discrimination. Therefore, it is expected that the present invention can be applied to the development of cancer diagnostic markers. |
