The present invention provides anti-TIM-3 antibodies, methods for generating hybridomas, nucleic acid molecules encoding anti-TIM-3 antibodies, expression vectors and host cells used for the expression of anti-TIM-3 antibodies. The present invention further provides a method for verifying the function of the antibody in vitro and the efficacy of the antibody in vivo. The antibody of the present invention provides a very potent agent for cancer treatment by modulating immune function. |
