Also provided herein is a pharmaceutical composition for modulating a natural killer cell or bone marrow cell comprising a conjugate comprising a targeting moiety and an immune modulating polynucleotide and a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient. Further provided herein are methods of using them to modulate natural killer cells or bone marrow cells and to treat proliferative diseases. |
