titleOfInvention | Method for recovering platinum from spent catalyst and manufacturing method of platinum chloride using the same |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method for recovering platinum from a spent catalyst and a method for producing chloroplatinic acid using the same, and an aspect of the present invention includes the steps of preparing a metal compound solution by adding aqua regia to a platinum-based spent catalyst; filtering the metal compound solution to separate insoluble solids; forming a precipitate by adding ammonium chloride to the metal compound solution from which the insoluble solid is separated; forming an aqueous layer and an organic layer by adding and stirring a mixture of kerosene and trioctylamine to the residue of the metal compound solution from which the precipitate is filtered; and separating the aqueous solution layer and the organic layer, and recovering platinum from the separated aqueous solution layer. |
