| abstract | The present invention relates to a training management system and method for increasing the training efficiency of qualified trainees, and more particularly, to automatically determine whether a trainee for training is qualified for training through a trainee information collector installed at the entrance to the training ground It is possible to simplify the admission procedure and reduce the number of control personnel, prevent unfavorable situations that may occur during training, and monitor the position and training history status of trainees during the training period through the personal identification device provided to each trainee. To a training management system and method for increasing the training efficiency of qualified trainees that can prevent fraudulent acts such as proxy attendance and theft of training equipment. The training management system of the present invention includes: a trainee information collecting unit that collects basic information of trainees for identifying trainees at the entrance to the training ground and examining whether they are qualified for training; a management server that selects ineligible trainees who do not meet a preset training qualification based on the basic information of trainees collected by the trainee information collection unit, and stores information on trainees having training qualifications through a screening process; and an information output unit for outputting information on ineligible trainees and reasons for ineligibility in order to provide the trainee selection information received from the management server to the trainee. |
