Targeting Moiety-Drug Implanted Immune Cell Compositions and Methods of Use |
abstract |
A surface-engineered immune cell, such as a natural killer cell, implanted in a targeting moiety-drug complex. The present invention combines immunotherapy and chemotherapy by engineering immune cells to destroy tumor cells by targeting specific tumor cells via antigen recognition and delivering potent chemotherapeutic agents. The surface-engineered immune cells can be prepared using a one-step method. The present invention also provides a kit for preparing the surface-engineered immune cell. |
