abstract | Disclosed is a foldable type microdevice capable of long-term storage of reaction reagents. In the microdevice according to an embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of reaction chambers are formed, and a first agarose mixture having a form in which a loop-mediated isothermal amplification reagent is enclosed in 2-hydroxyethyl agarose is introduced into the reaction chamber. A first substrate, a plurality of detection chambers are formed, a second substrate into which a second agarose mixture having a form in which silver nitrate is sealed in 2-hydroxyethyl agarose is introduced, the first substrate and the second substrate and a support film on which the substrates are disposed side by side to fold the second substrate toward the first substrate. |
