Described herein include methods of treating cancer. The method comprises determining the expression level of a panel of biomarkers to select a patient who responds to treatment with a tubulin binding agent; and administering a tubulin binding agent to the selected patient. The biomarker may be one or more probesets listed in Tables 1-2 or 4 or gene expression identifiable using the probesets listed in Tables 1-2 or 4. |
