abstract In one aspect, the present invention provides an adenovirus (adenovirus) coding sequence for a glycogen synthase kinase-3 (GSK3) protein operably linked to an expression control sequence ), which can replicate in a host cell contained in the genome and can lyse the host cell, and relates to a recombinant replication competent adenovirus (recombinant replication competent adenovirus). It also relates to means and methods of treating cancer with a coding sequence for a glycogen synthetase kinase-3 (GSK3) protein operably linked to an expression control sequence, particularly preferably in the context of adenoviruses.
