abstract The present invention relates to a flame-resistant wallpaper and a method for manufacturing the same, and particularly, to a flame-resistant wallpaper having excellent physical properties such as tensile strength and bursting strength, as well as excellent sulfurization resistance and flame retardancy, and a method for manufacturing the same, wherein one surface of the wallpaper base paper is soaked in water. A first coating step of coating with a water-soluble flame retardant in which sulfamic acid and guanidine are mixed; and a second coating step of coating the other side of the wallpaper base paper on which one side is flame-retardant coated by the first coating step with the water-soluble flame-retardant agent.
