titleOfInvention | Low-melting copolyamide and PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF |
abstract | The present invention relates to (a) caprolactam, (b) at least two linear aliphatic dicarboxylic acids, (c) linear aliphatic diamines having 8 or more carbon atoms, (d) linear α,ω-aliphatic diamines having 3 to 10 carbon atoms, and ( e) a low melting point copoly obtained by polymerizing an aromatic diacid other than the linear aliphatic dicarboxylic acid of (b), and having a melting point (T m ) measured according to DIN 53765 of 60°C to 110°C With respect to amide, according to the present invention, it is possible to reduce the shrinkage of yarn after the spinning process while satisfying the melting point of the polymer for hot melt by introducing an additive capable of changing the content of the amorphous part of the polymer. The scope of application can be expanded to materials sensitive to shrinkage, and manufacturing costs can be reduced. |
