Preparing a monomer composition comprising a vinyl-based monomer, a silane monomer, a crosslinking agent and an initiator (step S1); preparing a suspension by adding a dispersion stabilizer and ion-exchanged water to the monomer composition (step S2); and suspension polymerization of the suspension prepared in the step of preparing the suspension (step S2) to obtain a raw polymer bead (step S3). The polymer beads prepared by this manufacturing method have a uniform particle size distribution. |
