abstract |
The present invention relates to a recombinant nucleic acid molecule comprising an expression cassette encoding a polyepitope comprising a T-cell antigen from a protein of African swine fever virus. The present invention also relates to a viral particle comprising said recombinant nucleic acid molecule, and a viral particle comprising a B-cell antigen of African swine fever virus. The invention also relates to a method of stimulating an immune response in a pig comprising administering to the pig a recombinant molecule of the invention, and/or a viral particle of the invention, in an amount effective to induce an immune response. |
