abstract |
The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a smart contact lens equipped with a cortisol sensor, comprising: a step B1 in which a film structure including a rigid island provided with a sacrificial layer, a passivation layer, an electrode and a cortisol sensor on a substrate is manufactured; Step B2 in which the film structure prepared in step B1 is peeled off and attached to a separate handling layer; Step B3 in which a graphene channel is formed in the film structure attached to the handling layer; A step B4 in which a chip for wireless communication, a capacitor and a resistor are provided as an integrated body electrically interconnected from one side of the film structure; Step B5 in which the rigid island provided with the cortisol sensor is protected with a stamp; B6 step of manufacturing a lens by putting the structure and lens material after step B5 into a lens mold; and a B7 step of removing the stamp, binding a cortisol monoclonal antibody (C-Mab) to the graphene surface, and activating the cortisol sensor. |
