abstract |
The present invention relates to a light emitting diode package including a phosphor. The light emitting diode package according to the present invention comprises: a housing; A light emitting diode chip disposed in the housing; A molding unit disposed on the light emitting diode chip; A first phosphor distributed in the molding portion and emitting cyan light; Includes a second phosphor that is distributed in the molding unit and emits red light, and the peak wavelength of the LED chip is located within a wavelength range of 415 to 430 nm, and each of the LED chip, the first phosphor, and the second phosphor is emitted. White light is formed by the synthesis of the light, and the light spectrum of the white light is distributed at least 40% within a wavelength range of 500 to 600 nm. |
