abstract The present invention relates to a red pepper paste containing Tobokryeong, Ecklonia cava and narcissus, and a method for manufacturing the same, and in more detail, 1) Tobokryeong, Ecklonia cava extract, and nasturtium extract are obtained by extracting each of Tobokryeong, Ecklonia cava and nasturtium. Manufacturing steps; 2) adding malt and glutinous rice to a mixture of Tobokryeong extract, Ecklonia cava extract, and nasturtium extract, followed by fermenting; 3) After sufficiently cooling, the step of adding red pepper powder, meso powder, jocheong, and salt to put red pepper paste; and to a red pepper paste containing Tobokryong, Ecklonia cava and narcissus prepared by the above manufacturing method.
